The die casting production system of aluminum alloy wheel hub includes: frame; filter screen feeding table of filter screen; lifting manipulator is located behind the filter feeding table to grasp the filter and die casting wheel; one or more die-casting machines are equipped with die-casting mould and die-casting wheel receiving tray; the quenching box is located at the side of die-casting machine for quenching of die-casting wheel.
The frame has an upper and lower platform, the filter screen feeding table, lifting manipulator, die casting machine and quenching box are located on the upper platform, the deburring machine is located on the lower platform, and there are two die-casting machines, which are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the lifting manipulator. The preferred scheme also includes a workpiece sampling inspection table, which is located above the filter feed table.
In the automatic mode of the production system, the lifting manipulator grabs the filter, waits at one of the waiting positions of the die casting machine, releases the pressure of the die-casting machine, opens the die-casting die, lifts the manipulator to complete the filter screen and test, the die-casting machine cooperates with the die-casting mold for die-casting production, and the hub of the die-casting machine is taken out after the production is completed.
